Base Salary
$73k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain application logic for TRACE applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate them.
- Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Develop routine tests and coordinate testing efforts.
- Develop software quality assurance processes based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, application engineers, customer support, and business users.
- Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly with business users across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT field.
- At least 3 years of work experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework and C#.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Web browser-based development experience with Blazor, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML/XSLT.
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
- Knowledge of software development processes and productivity or collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
- Experience with test and defect management tools such as ALM and Jira.
- Strong project management, planning, organizational, analytical, written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is a plus.
- Experience with Agile practices is desired.
