Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements and participate in software system design.
- Develop software features, tools, integrations, documentation, and deployment support.
- Review code and follow testing procedures for software quality.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Deploy software, set up servers, monitor systems, and respond to service interruptions.
- Automate and streamline internal processes and maintain deployment and operations tools.
- Support system, network, and game installations at customer sites and remotely.
- Work with customers to maintain day-to-day casino operations.
- Collaborate with engineers, mathematicians, designers, artists, and other teams.
- Provide release documentation and report discrepancies or problems requiring resolution.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while validating recommendations and retaining technical ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or higher, in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in C, C++, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with C#/.NET, relevant training, and gaming-industry experience is a plus.
- Intermediate or higher-level understanding and use of Microsoft Office products.
- Professional and efficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and retain gaming licensure.
- Ability to travel to customer installations and sites as needed, approximately 10%.
- Ability to work full time for 40 or more hours per week and remain flexible for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate verbally and write in English.
- Ability to validate AI-generated recommendations and exercise independent technical judgment.
