Responsibilities
- Interface with the product management team to scope and design features.
- Write highly scalable, production-ready code.
- Understand and replicate complex customer topologies for development testing.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure testing requirements are met.
Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant industry experience in product development, testing, and automation.
- Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking concepts, routing protocols, VPN, IPSec, and WAN architecture.
- Proficiency in C++ and Golang.
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes, focusing on networking.
- Experience with scalable cloud-native multi-tenant architectures.
- Familiarity with major server virtualization products and IaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of functional test tools and security test tools.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment in public clouds.
- Familiarity with source code systems like GitHub.
- Experience in customer issue escalation.
- Knowledge of userland packet forwarding architectures.
- Experience with high-performance DMA packet I/O is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
