Responsibilities
- Manage Sales and Marketing technology projects and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with business partners to document user stories and functional requirements.
- Design solutions for Campaign to Order processes and Lead Management.
- Convey business requirements to technical teams for development.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving Salesforce integration.
- Create and prioritize the Jira backlog based on business value.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and inspect product progress.
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications.
- Provide support for production issues and ensure system availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce and SaaS business systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce.com certifications are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work creatively.
- Familiarity with GTM technologies and platform governance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a great team player.
