Responsibilities
- Prototype and evaluate autonomous AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows involving task decomposition, tool use, and automated reasoning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design automated pipelines to reduce manual data entry and recurring administrative work.
- Assist with portfolio data synthesis, validation checks, and automated dashboards for high-reliability reporting.
- Benchmark AI platforms, agent frameworks, and Google AI solutions against accuracy, latency, security, and cost criteria.
- Partner with operational teams to identify AI use cases, document requirements, and establish evaluation benchmarks.
- Document safety, hallucination mitigation, compliance, and responsible AI considerations for deployed agents and pipelines.
- Communicate technical findings through executive summaries, visual architecture diagrams, and presentations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Foundational proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs including Gemini, OpenAI, and Claude, plus prompt engineering and basic agentic concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Pandas, or visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly to nontechnical business partners.
- Permanent US work authorization is required, and candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
