Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in product development from inception through delivery and ongoing lifecycle work.
- Help shape application architecture, engineering practices, and best practices.
- Plan and deliver small engineering projects and contribute to a healthy feedback-oriented engineering culture.
- Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams and engineers working across different infrastructure layers.
Requirements
- Proven experience building complex JavaScript single-page applications.
- Proven experience with React and Redux.
- Proven experience with a modern JavaScript toolchain such as NPM, Lerna, Webpack, and ESLint.
- Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents and integrating them into engineering workflows.
- Ability to verify AI-generated code and maintain architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Cordova, native Android or iOS development, RAIL Performance, PWA, SSR, Node, Cypress, and Jest.
- Full-stack experience is valued, particularly experience with Ruby or Elixir.
- Ability to plan and deliver small engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, proactivity, and adaptability.
