Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a bounded platform component or SDK area for multi-tenant use.
- Design, implement, test, debug, optimize, and maintain platform software and services.
- Develop API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and observability strategies.
- Lead design and discovery discussions, code reviews, roadmap collaboration, and technical planning.
- Investigate complex product maintenance issues and customer-reported defects, driving short- and long-term solutions.
- Apply secure coding, quality assurance, software development, patching, automation, and reliability practices.
- Collaborate across teams, provide technical guidance, mentor others, and independently manage project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with broad technical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience designing and developing software, systems, and services aligned with established architecture.
- Ability to debug service graphs, resolve API and integration issues, and implement performance, scalability, and resilience improvements.
- Experience with software testing, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, observability, secure coding, and system maintenance.
- Ability to understand business and customer needs, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and communicate technical solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
