Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.
- Build and maintain Java backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and promote shift-left quality practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end production issues.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Follow JLL security, compliance, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience as a full stack developer.
- Strong front-end development experience with React or similar frameworks such as Angular or Next.js.
- Strong Java back-end development experience, including hands-on Spring Boot experience.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience with AI agents and integrating AI/ML capabilities is preferred.
