Base Salary

$240k - $315k/yr

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers throughout their Claude adoption journey.
Support customers building with the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.
Ship working code by building prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
Create reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets for scalability.
Guide technical architecture decisions for effective integration of Claude.
Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
Identify common integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities.

3+ years of technical experience as a software engineer or in a similar role with customer-facing exposure.
A builder identity with experience shipping real software.
A systems mindset focused on creating reusable solutions.
Strong coding ability, particularly in Python.
Ability to build trust with technical stakeholders and adjust communication for varied audiences.
Strong technical communication skills to translate customer requirements.
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks or a background in machine learning.
Comfort operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
