Base Salary
$240k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements and business objectives into technical solutions
- Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment
- Support customers building with the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise
- Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, evaluation frameworks, and near-production examples
- Create reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets
- Guide technical architecture decisions and enterprise integrations
- Help customers develop frameworks for measuring Claude’s performance
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
Requirements
- 3+ years of highly technical software engineering experience with some customer-facing exposure, or 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager with strong hands-on building experience
- Strong coding ability and comfort working in a real codebase; Python expected
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science
- Ability to build trust with technical stakeholders and communicate across technical and business audiences
- Experience operating in ambiguous early-stage environments and creating structure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
