Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features in Go, React, and Ember for key customer workflows.
- Collaborate with teammates to turn ideas into shipped customer value.
- Share progress through short videos and thoughtful writing, and mentor other engineers.
- Evolve systems to scale with additional customers, messages, and use cases.
- Use AI agents for multi-file changes by scoping work, writing prompts, and verifying results.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features.
- Fluency in TypeScript, React or a similar frontend technology, and a statically typed backend language such as Go.
- Strong attention to frontend polish, backend performance, and overall customer experience.
- Proficiency with APIs, relational databases, and writing testable, performant code.
- Ability to own technical decisions, lead complex projects, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Strong product thinking, collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills.
