Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and operation of DevOps processes across multiple solutions and projects.
- Build and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across Open Telekom Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Assist with troubleshooting incidents and operational issues to maintain platform stability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to improve engineering workflows and shared platform standards.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 2–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a similar role.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, ideally Terraform.
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, ideally Prometheus and Grafana.
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices, automation, continuous delivery, and development-operations collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and improve engineering practices.
- English language proficiency at B2 level; German is advantageous.

- Base salary is negotiable based on seniority and prior experience and will not be lower than €2100 gross, with additional variable compensation and other financial benefits.
