Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, technical governance, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM, AIOps, Now Assist, and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Ensure solution delivery meets agreed scope, business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Advise clients and executive stakeholders on ServiceNow adoption, roadmap planning, digital transformation, and operating models.
  • Define target architectures and solution blueprints for scalable, resilient, service-aware environments.
  • Lead architecture workshops, technical discussions, and design reviews.
  • Own complex technical decisions, architecture risks, integration strategies, and platform governance.
  • Guide development teams through design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Support presales through demonstrations, proposal responses, technical estimations, and collaboration with sales and account teams.
  • Mentor architects, developers, and consultants and contribute to thought leadership, reusable assets, architecture patterns, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow certification in System Administration, Certified Application Developer, and relevant Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, CSM, or IRM.
  • Certified Technical Architect certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
  • Ability to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, leadership, and presales skills across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, and TSM.
  • Experience with AIOps, Now Assist, Agentic AI, and related business process transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of and experience selling to enterprise IT architecture.
  • Expertise designing and delivering scoped applications.
  • SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
  • Applicants must have five years of continuous UK address history for the required BPSS and SC clearance process.
