Responsibilities
- Collect, transform, and explore data from diverse sources for model construction.
- Identify dataset biases and flaws and ensure training and validation designs meet operational needs.
- Design, implement, manage, and maintain AI/ML models for operational improvement.
- Research methods to improve AI robustness, explainability, and trustworthiness.
- Develop prototypes, presentations, dashboards, and technical reports demonstrating AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with domain experts, software development teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the industrialization of AI solutions and evaluate new mathematical approaches and AI technologies.
- Develop AI-based retrieval-augmented generation applications.
- Plan and execute AI training sessions and contribute to conferences, publications, and the AI community.
Requirements
- A degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, or engineering, supplemented by extensive training in Data Science and AI.
- Minimum eight years of experience.
- Excellent Python programming skills.
- Knowledge of modern statistics, text mining, image processing, or natural language processing, including NLP, NLI, and NLU.
- Experience with Python data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, Keras, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and cloud services such as PaaS, SaaS, and serverless functions.
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, dimensionality reduction, Bayesian models, neural networks, and deep learning.
- Familiarity with large language models including BERT, GPT-4, Llama 2, and Mistral.
- Knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as HuggingFace and LlamaIndex.
- Experience developing AI-based retrieval-augmented generation applications.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, flexibility with local and international teams, and fluency in English.
