Responsibilities
- Act as an E2Open Global Trade Management technical SME and collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement business processes based on customer requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and develop solutions using established methods and tools.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across application and system components.
- Gather stakeholder input, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment on key decisions.
- Contribute to organizational strategies supporting change, performance, scalability, and business continuity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with 6 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management stated as an additional expectation.
- Proficiency and master-level expertise in E2Open Global Trade Management and its software architecture principles.
- Expertise in application architecture design, business process analysis tools, business process design, and functional designs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges affecting multiple teams and address performance and scalability considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic decision-making, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
