Base Salary

$150k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy computer vision models for object detection, tracking, OCR, image search, and scene understanding.
Build and optimize deep learning models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and production deployment.
Integrate multimodal approaches using visual, textual, and other data modalities.
Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Lead scalable pipelines for data processing, model training, and model deployment.
Optimize models for CPUs, GPUs, edge devices, cloud platforms, and mobile platforms.
Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to validate model effectiveness and business alignment.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following software engineering and machine learning best practices.

PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least five years of hands-on machine learning and computer vision experience, including deploying models into production.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and TensorRT.
Experience with model optimization such as quantization and pruning and deployment across cloud, edge, or mobile platforms.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker; and ECS or Kubernetes.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines such as Airflow.
Understanding of agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
C++ experience, experience in high-growth environments, and publications in CVPR, ICCV, or NeurIPS are preferred.

Office-first role requiring at least four days per week on-site.
