Base Salary
$159k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify root causes of bottlenecks in search and recommendation systems.
- Quantify defects in current systems.
- Propose solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Implement solutions and conduct A/B tests.
- Act as a thought leader and gain consensus within the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Search, Information Retrieval, RecSys, ML, DL, or NLP.
- Proficient coding skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with large data volumes in a distributed environment.
