Responsibilities
- Design, provision, update, and maintain multi-region AWS environments using Terraform and maintain the Terraform module library.
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows across multiple environments with continuous feedback and automated testing.
- Support infrastructure for smart-building data pipelines, IoT telemetry, and AI/LLM-powered feature rollouts.
- Implement AIOps, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automated alert responses, observability, and uptime improvements using Datadog and CloudWatch.
- Develop self-healing infrastructure, intelligent auto-scaling, cost optimization, and automated incident response workflows.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, handle incident escalations, troubleshoot outages, and maintain platform availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and cloud resource management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture on AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, Go, or similar functional or object-oriented languages.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced Terraform module automation experience, deep experience building and securing CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on AIOps, predictive analytics, and automated telemetry experience.
