Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate NLP and LLM-based solutions for RAG, information retrieval, search, chatbots, structured information extraction, named entity recognition, text generation, and summarization.
- Clean, preprocess, and curate data for evaluation, fine-tuning, and training.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to understand business needs, formulate problems, and deliver data-driven insights.
- Track generative AI research advancements and integrate relevant techniques into development processes.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least one year of hands-on experience developing NLP and ML/DL solutions in an academic or professional environment during studies.
- Be proficient in Python and relevant data science and deep learning libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Have a strong understanding of classic NLP and experience with LLMs, including RAG, prompt engineering, data synthesis, automatic evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Be familiar with cloud computing platforms.
- Have excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
