Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and deploy tools, systems, workflows, processes and pipelines that accelerate engineering velocity.
Work closely with various teams to understand their CI workflows and create solutions to address their needs.
Guide and advise service engineering teams on best practices in software development and delivery.
Leverage AI technologies to enhance engineering productivity.
Build AI and non-AI solutions tailored for Netskope's needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents.

Minimum 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
At least 8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Productivity Engineering roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale cloud infrastructure initiatives.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud security, IAM, and compliance standards.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform.
Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
Expertise in observability and monitoring solutions.
Experience building internal developer platforms and improving developer productivity tooling.
Ability to define technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
