Responsibilities

Embed with strategic enterprise customers to diagnose business challenges and co-design AI solutions.
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery of AI workflows and applications.
Drive rapid prototyping and proof of concepts that demonstrate business value.
Serve as the primary technical owner across the full project lifecycle.
Architect production-grade Enterprise AI applications on cloud infrastructure.
Build scalable data pipelines using ETL/ELT and knowledge base frameworks.
Develop and fine-tune LLM/SLM solutions and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.
Champion observability and monitoring for AI agents in production.
Identify expansion opportunities by collaborating with sales and customer success.
Feed insights back to engineering teams on feature gaps and usability.
Build reusable intellectual property through reference architectures and best practices.
Mentor engineers and customer teams to enhance internal AI competencies.

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery.
At least 4+ years in customer-facing or field roles.
Proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML applications at enterprise scale.
Deep full-stack proficiency in Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, data pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong DevOps skills including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience integrating across various enterprise systems.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable engineering plans.
Excellent communication skills for presentations and collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer engagements.
