Responsibilities
- Build and deploy declarative, prompt-based, first-party, and custom-engine agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
- Translate customer requirements into production-ready workflows, automations, integrations, orchestration patterns, and extensibility solutions.
- Implement Power Platform environment strategies, zoned governance, managed environments, DLP policies, ALM pipelines, solution packaging, auditing, and lifecycle management.
- Configure Agent 365 onboarding, identity, conditional access, compliance, monitoring, threat visibility, and least-privilege controls.
- Design grounding and retrieval architectures using enterprise data sources, connectors, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, MCP Servers, Dataverse, and secure data access patterns.
- Perform agent evaluation, safety testing, grounding validation, observability, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Guide customers and delivery teams through architecture, governance, design, implementation, workshops, technical discussions, and adoption planning.
- Create reusable reference architectures, design patterns, solution templates, implementation guides, and technical assets.
- Apply FinOps practices including credit planning, usage forecasting, model selection, consumption monitoring, and cost optimization for AI workloads.
- Use Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, coding assistants, and Microsoft Agent Framework to build, extend, and troubleshoot agent solutions.
- Travel to SHI, partner, and customer events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least four years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies, including hands-on AI or agent-based solutions.
- Production experience developing agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, including first-party and custom-engine agents.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and configuration-based development such as YAML.
- Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, identity, compliance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience acting as a technical advisor or subject matter expert and guiding solution design and implementation decisions.
- Working knowledge of prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, responsible AI, human-centered design, and workflow modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering, leadership, partners, and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning across Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, AI workloads, governance, and change and adoption practices.
- Strong ethical standards and disciplined adherence to data privacy, governance, compliance, and security policies.
- Relevant certifications may include Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900), Power Platform Solutions Architect (PL-600), Microsoft Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100), and Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-103).
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of relevant certifications.
