Responsibilities
- Build and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to improve test coverage, support shift-left practices, and drive quality improvements.
- Provide QA training, workshops, governance, and best-practice guidance across teams.
- Manage test environments, testing tools, and data configurations for enterprise-wide testing efforts.
- Conduct root cause analysis and code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements for testability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tosca AS1 and AS2 certifications.
- At least 5 years of experience in manual testing, test automation, and software development.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, and UFT, plus test management tools such as Jira and qTest.
- Experience with scripting languages and familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with Tosca DI, data integrity testing, SQL, DAX, MDX, ETL or data pipeline testing, JMeter, Gatling, Postman, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, BDD frameworks, and enterprise test tool administration.
