Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) to meet business requirements.
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP RE-FX configuration and customization issues.
- Develop migration strategies and perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, mock loads, cutover planning, and Go-Live support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and delivery of complex data migration workstreams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP RE-FX modules.
- Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with enterprise systems and applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience troubleshooting SAP RE-FX configurations and customizations.
- Experience in SAP data migration across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation and merger programs.
- 15 years of full-time education.
