Base Salary

$128k - $261k/yr

Responsibilities

Build software to support rapid deployment of distributed applications in a microservice architecture.
Collaborate with product managers and architects to define product requirements and design solutions.
Ensure product resiliency and sustainability.
Coach and mentor team members to encourage their growth and career progression.
Establish best practices and maintain code hygiene in software development.

15+ years of work experience in software engineering.
Architectural experience in building frameworks for rapid deployment.
Strong design skills and experience in complex product systems.
Experience with multi-threaded, multi-component systems.
Knowledge of browser technology, particularly Chromium.
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Strong programming skills in C++, Go, or Python.
Ability to suggest coding best practices and provide effective code review feedback.
Flexibility in coordinating with global teams.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI-CD tools is preferred.
