Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and product enhancements.
- Code, simulate, integrate, and validate modular, reusable, testable, and scalable software.
- Write unit tests and participate in software design reviews.
- Support algorithm design, software documentation, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Use JIRA to maintain accurate work logs and task status.
- Work with multiple software development teams and other engineering disciplines.
- Contribute to software development under guidance from senior engineers using the Scrum Framework.
- Deliver work according to estimated completion dates, project schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience developing Windows or Linux application software.
- Object-oriented design experience and expertise in C# .NET, Java, C++, and/or Web UI.
- Familiarity with source code configuration management tools such as SVN and Git.
- Experience writing unit tests, using an IDE, and applying basic debugging techniques.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, databases, and operating systems, along with mathematical and analytical skills.
- Occasional willingness to travel locally.
- Preferred qualifications include test-driven development, Android, iOS, React/Redux web development, and basic networking knowledge.
- Must be able to work in office and manufacturing environments and satisfy applicable ITAR/EAR requirements; some positions require current U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
