Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and test assigned SaaS and backend systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into business functionality while understanding customer needs and system priorities.
- Manage SaaS technical and functional settings, global attributes, master data, and administrative tasks.
- Configure APIs for data extraction and integration and support internal and external system interfaces.
- Support day-to-day application operations in contract management, sustainability, corporate security, and records management.
- Configure features to enforce compliance and mitigate risks.
- Identify root causes, resolve quality and operational problems, and recommend process improvements.
- Plan work through milestones and priorities while managing resources, deadlines, and changing obstacles.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and promote inclusive, effective teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field.
- At least 5 years of experience with general software development methodologies and SaaS cloud toolsets or platforms.
- Hands-on experience configuring SaaS technical and functional settings and managing global attributes, master data, and administrative tasks.
- Experience coding and configuring APIs for data extraction and integration.
- Familiarity with middleware frameworks connecting systems such as SAP, Laserfiche, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of procurement, risk management, and compliance workflows, including configuring controls to mitigate risks.
- Experience working in Agile teams with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong technical, analytical, listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage diverse activities under deadlines while delivering quality results on time and on budget.
