Base Salary

$150k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Characterize neural network quality, failure modes, and edge cases using research data.
  • Coordinate with researchers and accurately communicate experiment status.
  • Manage concurrent experiments and estimate timelines against deadlines.
  • Review experimental results and suggest theoretical or process improvements.
  • Write technical reports describing qualitative and quantitative results for external parties.
  • Stay current with relevant research and technology trends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to colleagues and varied audiences.
  • Introspection, thoughtfulness, detail orientation, and practical optimism.
  • Preferred: a related Master’s or Ph.D. and/or 5+ years of directly related experience.
  • Preferred: experience reading research papers and implementing their techniques.
  • Preferred: computer vision and deep learning experience.
