Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Characterize neural network quality, failure modes, and edge cases using research data.
- Coordinate with researchers and accurately communicate experiment status.
- Manage concurrent experiments and estimate timelines against deadlines.
- Review experimental results and suggest theoretical or process improvements.
- Write technical reports describing qualitative and quantitative results for external parties.
- Stay current with relevant research and technology trends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to colleagues and varied audiences.
- Introspection, thoughtfulness, detail orientation, and practical optimism.
- Preferred: a related Master’s or Ph.D. and/or 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Preferred: experience reading research papers and implementing their techniques.
- Preferred: computer vision and deep learning experience.
