Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using WorkOS products with customers.
- Own technical outcomes end-to-end, including discovery, architecture, implementation, iteration, and handoff.
- Lead customer demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Identify blockers, propose solutions, and drive technical momentum proactively.
- Partner with Account Executives to support evaluations and expansions.
- Share structured customer feedback with Engineering and Product to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort building across APIs and web stacks.
- Pre-sales experience.
- Clear communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and build or lead projects from 0 to 1.
- Interest in fast-paced startup environments and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Curiosity about modern tooling, including AI-assisted development workflows.
- Developer tools, integrations, customer engineering, or technical consulting experience is a bonus.
