Responsibilities
- Assist with migrating building automation and HVAC systems from Alerton to Tridium Niagara.
- Configure and integrate field devices, controllers, and equipment into the Niagara platform.
- Develop and maintain graphical user interface pages and system visualizations.
- Perform QA testing to verify system integration functionality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues in SCADA and building automation systems.
- Monitor and maintain operational technology infrastructure across campus facilities.
- Validate device data, alarms, trends, and system performance metrics.
- Document configurations, testing procedures, and implementation processes.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with engineers, developers, and field technicians.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of general office experience.
- Must be a current USF student.
- Must have current work authorization in the United States.
- Interest in or exposure to operational technology, industrial controls, software development, system integration, QA, or infrastructure monitoring is relevant to the role.
