Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects within each rotation, supporting the team's day-to-day priorities.
- Use and build technology by applying coding, data analysis, or AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions, participating in meetings and discussions.
- Research and problem-solve, presenting findings and ideas clearly.
- Prepare and deliver a short end-of-programme presentation on your work and learnings.
Requirements
- Strong academics.
- Currently studying towards a degree in any discipline, with a preference for Technology, Engineering, Maths, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Curious and motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Demonstrable skills or a strong interest in AI, technology, and coding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to use initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for fintech.
- Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
