Staff Engineer OEM FAE
Infineon TechnologiesResponsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and system competence development for automotive electronic systems focused on AURIX and Traveo MCUs.
- Support customers with automotive MCU solutions, evaluation activities, design-in work, and embedded software architecture including AUTOSAR MCAL.
- Act as the first-level technical contact for key automotive customers and support projects through planning, execution, and prioritization.
- Bridge marketing, sales, development organizations, customers, and distributors across regions.
- Drive innovation in powertrain, E/E architecture, ADAS, and cockpit applications and align products with system strategies.
- Exchange technical knowledge across locations and contribute to Infineon’s global knowledge base.
- Prepare and deliver product and application-level training for customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or vehicle engineering.
- Strong customer-support experience involving problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Willingness to travel and a high level of self-discipline, initiative, and proactivity.
- Automotive embedded software application experience with AURIX is preferred.
- Experience with powertrain, E/E architecture, AUTOSAR/MCAL, functional safety, or security is preferred.
