Responsibilities
- Design and build a new scalable data platform in parallel with Mynt’s current solution.
- Create an abstraction layer between system-specific data models and data platform models.
- Define orchestration and transformation layers that are currently largely missing.
- Expand and automate the semantic layer to support conversational analytics.
- Build robust monitoring, relevant alarms, governance, and security capabilities.
- Identify challenges, define and test solutions, make technology choices, and deliver iteratively.
- Collaborate with the technical platform team as a founding member of the future data platform team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- High level of data engineering experience with a proven track record of building and owning production data platforms.
- Preferably experience with GCP, BigQuery, and Python.
- Essential experience with data modeling in complex domains.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and MongoDB is advantageous.
- Genuine curiosity, pride in delivering robust enterprise-grade solutions, and a team-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and share insights to improve the organization.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
