Responsibilities
- Complete the three-year Graduate Development Programme and its structured training pathway.
- Design and develop engineering solutions for customer needs with support from other engineers.
- Work on new and existing products within an assigned location and engineering domain.
- Develop engineering skills, knowledge, and competencies while building a professional network.
- Participate in a possible Year 3 rotation across business units or an external secondment with a Thales partner.
Requirements
- Have completed or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, specifically Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Combined Software and Electronic Engineering.
- This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates at the start of their professional career with limited relevant professional experience.
- Have permanent right to work in the UK.
- Successfully complete and maintain BPSS screening and Security Clearance (SC); candidates typically need to have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years.
