Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards including CRA, MRA, NIST, STIG, and other international requirements.
- Analyze complex customer security requirements to support compliance and solution proposals.
- Drive risk management and mitigation across the product software lifecycle.
- Lead vulnerability lifecycle management for customers, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Define and own the DIMETRA cybersecurity roadmap and guide development of security features.
- Maintain secure lifecycles and evaluate vulnerabilities for integrated third-party software components.
- Conduct product security reviews and threat modeling while steering Product Cybersecurity Champions.
- Collaborate with security-focused professionals and travel under 10%.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity, threat modeling, security architectures, and secure communication protocols.
- At least 3 years of experience aligning complex software platforms with standards such as CRA, STIGs, NIST, and BSI.
- Knowledge of LMR and communication-network infrastructure.
- Experience managing software vulnerability lifecycles and mitigating supply-chain risks.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with application servers, communication protocols, and security features is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Product Security Champion or leading decentralized security champion programs is preferred.
