Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and product-wide architecture for new and existing products.
- Define product requirements, architecture strategy, technology roadmaps, reusable patterns, and investment plans.
- Develop proofs of concept and validate prototypes for feasibility, technology fit, cost structure, and customer differentiation.
- Analyze architectural impacts, root causes, implementation risks, and mitigation plans.
- Provide technical leadership and support delivery teams during product deployment and complex issue resolution.
- Support RFP solutioning, pre-sales presentations, client negotiations, and overall product design assurance.
- Establish product validation, performance-testing, quality, support, KPI, and SLA frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales, development, consulting, delivery, product, and client teams.
- Maintain product roadmaps and provide inputs for product upgrades based on market needs.
- Build relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and stakeholders.
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage performance, support career progression, and drive engagement for team members.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Windows Platform and Test Automation.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and deployment-compatible product architectures.
- Ability to define technology strategies, conduct impact and root-cause analyses, and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, client-facing solutioning, pre-sales support, and trusted-advisor engagement.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and managing hiring, performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Ability to create proofs of concept, architecture documentation, reusable frameworks, and technical thought leadership.
