Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Android applications.
- Develop novel solutions leveraging AI technologies.
- Optimize performance across the mobile stack.
- Champion best practices in mobile development and maintain a high-quality app experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, design, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to backend systems as needed.
- Provide mentorship and communicate effectively with teammates and partners.
Requirements
- Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, the Android SDK, and the broader Android ecosystem.
- Proficiency with current mobile platform capabilities and intricacies.
- Practical full-stack development experience and comfort with backend technologies.
- A track record of shipping impactful, high-adoption mobile applications.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
- Preferred: experience building successful products from 0 to 1 in early-stage environments.
- Preferred: experience building applications using modern ML/AI technology.
- Preferred: experience with 3D graphics, visual effects, or mobile audio and video streaming.
