Base Salary
$186k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate client business and technical needs into end-to-end solution architecture.
- Own solution design across client and Fiserv architectures and provide technical governance throughout delivery.
- Design and document API integrations, system interactions, data flows, and technical workflows.
- Evaluate platforms, applications, and integration points to identify options, risks, and recommendations.
- Translate capability needs into technical requirements and phased implementation approaches.
- Produce solution diagrams, interface specifications, workflow documentation, and other architecture artifacts.
- Support Agile delivery teams and clarify architecture decisions throughout development, testing, and deployment.
- Work directly with client and business stakeholders and travel occasionally, up to 10%.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise platforms, integrations, and client implementations.
- Experience designing and delivering integration solutions using APIs, data flows, system designs, or similar enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical options, and align decisions with business outcomes.
- Experience documenting end-to-end technical solutions through architecture diagrams, interface definitions, workflow documentation, and related delivery artifacts.
- Experience supporting digital banking product offerings and translating customer-facing capabilities into scalable architecture and implementation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes digital banks, payments, card services, cloud-based architecture, hybrid integration models, security, modern integration patterns, Fiserv’s Signature platform, Agile environments, and complex strategic client accounts.
