Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for Core Financial System enhancements and develop secure integrations with agency systems
- Conduct fit-gap analyses aligned with federal financial standards and FIPS 199 Moderate categorization
- Develop architecture documentation and technical design artifacts
- Map system architecture to NIST SP 800-53 Moderate controls and support FedRAMP Moderate compliance documentation
- Coordinate 3PAO activities and assist with ATO documentation and lifecycle support
- Review control implementation evidence and system security documentation for FISMA and cybersecurity alignment
- Plan secure configurations and integrations using SaaS/PaaS technologies with minimal custom development
- Ensure interoperability and scalability across serviced agencies
- Advise the Project Manager and government stakeholders on technical design, risk mitigation, and compliance impacts
Requirements
- At least 10 years of enterprise architecture experience
- Experience designing and implementing solutions in FedRAMP Moderate environments
- Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37 RMF, and NIST SP 800-171
- Experience supporting 3PAO assessments and security control validation
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise systems in federal environments
- Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency with at least three years of U.S. residency
- Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 PIV credential
- Execution of a non-disclosure agreement and compliance with applicable federal security rules
- Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
