Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS applications.
- Build and ship new marketplace features in collaboration with product, design, UX, QA, and PM teams.
- Use Swift, SwiftUI, and JavaScript/React Native to implement application functionality.
- Establish and document coding standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and build robust test suites.
- Own the performance and codebase of Auctions products.
- Lead and complete software projects with minimal managerial guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of iOS development experience.
- Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, and JavaScript/React Native.
- Experience with UIKit, Storyboards, Core Data, and Core Animation.
- Familiarity with APIs connecting iOS applications to backend services.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
- Experience with architectural patterns including MVP, MVVM, Coordinator, and Repository Pattern.
- Understanding of code versioning tools and CI/CD.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
