Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards.
- Provide technical leadership across PHP, Go, React, and NextJS systems.
- Architect high-availability, real-time operational tools and workflows.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver complex LiveOps workflows.
- Oversee performance, observability, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong backend experience and a solid understanding of frontend architecture.
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills.
- NodeJS experience is highly desirable.
- Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms is a plus.
- Experience with real-time or data-heavy dashboards is a plus.
