Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate software against functional and non-functional requirements.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
- Investigate issues and provide clear reproduction steps.
- Work closely with developers to resolve defects efficiently.
- Partner with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to test planning and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics clearly.
- Improve testing documentation, QA processes, and testing methodologies.
- Help increase testing efficiency through better tooling and automation collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing within the FinTech domain.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Good understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
