- 3+ years of experience building distributed backend systems in production.
- Strong product instincts for platform work focused on latency and reliability.
- Ability to articulate design choices and trade-offs.
- Fluent use of AI coding tools and keeping pace with industry advancements.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
