Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom themes, templates, page layouts, widgets, components, and reusable content templates.
- Implement front-end customizations and branding updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Configure platform settings, user roles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
- Assist with integrations, API-based automations, and Power Automate workflows.
- Test customizations and configurations across browsers and devices, perform regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Document platform customizations, configurations, integrations, changes, and version history.
- Support content migration, editors, and internal teams with platform questions and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency building and modifying page layouts, styling components, and troubleshooting display issues.
- Ability to read, modify, and write simple scripts and understand JavaScript interaction with the DOM.
- Experience with at least one CMS or knowledge platform.
- Understanding of APIs and experience making basic API calls.
- Ability to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical users.
- For Bachelor’s degree holders, 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; prior experience is not required for Master’s degree holders.
