Responsibilities
- Maintain the group’s CI/CD toolchain and DevOps platform, primarily implemented with GitLab CI.
- Operate and improve tooling based on Bash, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, Mab, and GitHub Copilot.
- Design and integrate new CI/CD functionality to improve usability, reliability, security, and automation.
- Contribute to DevOps tooling architecture and infrastructure-as-code practices, preferably with Terraform.
- Improve platform security through automated secrets management and compliance audits.
- Help resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues and contribute to automation and self-remediation.
- Maintain and enhance developer productivity tools using Bash, Python, or Golang.
- Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams through consulting, expertise, support, and enablement.
- Contribute to the roadmap for AI-assisted development through active monitoring and understanding of LLMs.
- Participate in reporting and daily meetings, maintain a backlog with the Product Owner, and promote DevOps practices across the group.
Requirements
- Bac + 5 engineering school degree or equivalent.
- More than five years of experience implementing complex systems orchestrated through CI/CD and establishing CI/CD pipelines according to industry best practices.
- Expertise with GitLab CI and strong knowledge of GCP or AWS, Terraform, and Git.
- Significant experience with cloud technologies and software development.
- Good knowledge of LLMs and active monitoring of commercial and open-source projects in this area.
- Knowledge of SonarQube and test automation is desirable.
- Strong understanding of business and technical objectives in build activities.
- Fluency in English is required.
