Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and evolution of the data extraction and normalization platform.
- Design systems to process large volumes of records from various sources with high reliability.
- Implement strategies to minimize human validation through AI-based methods.
- Establish system contracts for correctness and traceability.
- Identify and remediate architectural bottlenecks affecting scale and accuracy.
- Act as a technical authority to improve system designs and introduce new tools.
- Partner with product teams to define quality standards and success metrics.
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to the technical culture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in building large-scale production systems.
- Proven experience in designing data ingestion and processing systems.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, or AI/ML-powered systems.
- Ability to design trustworthy systems combining AI and deterministic approaches.
- Strong understanding of system reliability and observability.
- Experience in reducing operational overhead through system design.
- Track record of technical leadership across teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity.
