Responsibilities
- Develop and train machine learning models on structured datasets under senior engineer guidance and code review.
- Write production-ready Python code for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Translate analytics requirements into reproducible Jupyter notebooks and scripts.
- Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and resolve pipeline issues.
- Document model assumptions, hyperparameters, and performance metrics for knowledge transfer and audit compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to development and staging environments.
- Support exploratory data analysis and proof-of-concept development for new use cases.
Requirements
- An associate degree or diploma in Statistics, or a bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
- Required skills include AI/ML operations, AI agents, artificial intelligence, deep learning algorithms, machine learning, Microsoft Azure, natural language processing, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- English proficiency at the C2 overall level is required.
- Listed relevant certifications include Python and Machine Learning, Deep Learning Foundations and Applications, Deep Learning Specialization, Generative AI and Large Language Models, and IBM Machine Learning Specialization.
