Responsibilities
- Support and maintain manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software deployed across production facilities.
- Maintain documentation for test procedures, execution instructions, and troubleshooting playbooks.
- Execute test commands during New Product Introduction under the guidance of Test Software Development Engineers.
- Collect logs, document symptoms, and report findings to the MFG Test Software TPM and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and failure-analysis engineers on testing requirements and quality standards.
- Perform or support firmware, driver, software updates, and patches to maintain system stability and security.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing test software development or sustaining for enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
- Proficiency with Linux commands and Bash scripting, including Linux-based tools and systems for data collection and analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing and deploying hardware firmware and driver updates and performing software updates and patches.
- Experience working effectively in multi-site and cross-cultural environments.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, independent work, and collaboration skills.
