Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to assess software quality and reliability.
- Conduct regression testing across platforms, including Linux environments.
- Monitor debugging process results and report defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and communicate results.
- Configure and maintain Linux-based testing environments, including virtual machines and containerized environments.
- Document test procedures, test results, and related quality assurance information.
- Stay current with software testing and quality assurance tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an information technology-related field.
- Understanding of software testing principles, manual testing techniques, and test case design.
- Ability to execute test cases, report defects, and assist with regression testing under guidance.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating system fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Preferred: experience in software testing or quality assurance, or related internships or academic projects.
- Preferred: familiarity with Selenium, Jenkins, Git, collaborative development workflows, and agile testing practices.
- Preferred: basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, including the ability to write simple scripts or programs.
