Base Salary
$214k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tooling and infrastructure for the entire data lifecycle at Biohub.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers across genetics, imaging, and scientific literature.
- Design and implement scalable systems using technologies like Argo Workflows, Slurm, and AWS Parallel Cluster.
- Ensure data accessibility and performance for various teams across the organization.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on coding experience in scripting and systems languages.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale data operations and designing scalable pipelines.
- Experience with data governance, metadata, and CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with scaling containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
