Responsibilities

  • Implement, install, configure, maintain, and support Blue Yonder Category Management products for customer projects.
  • Resolve technical, functional, environmental, product, incident, problem, and change-management issues for assigned customers.
  • Review application setups, integration designs, and upgrade suitability, and recommend best practices.
  • Support Azure architecture, Oracle-to-SQL Server migration, data migration, batch scheduling, and web-service integrations.
  • Coordinate with Consulting, Support, and Cloud Services during customer onboarding, upgrades, and patch updates.
  • Create and maintain knowledge-base content and drive knowledge-transfer and transition plans.
  • Manage priority-based incident resolution and drive Service Improvement Plans.
  • Provide advanced customer support by phone and communicate project plans and status effectively.
  • Work flexible hours and travel to customer sites for short periods when required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of work experience.
  • Experience with at least one Blue Yonder product, preferably Blue Yonder Category Management, with one or two full-cycle implementations.
  • Hands-on experience installing and configuring products and understanding interactions among product modules such as SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, and Reporting.
  • Experience with Azure and understanding of the Azure landscape for product architecture implementation.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Oracle RDBMS concepts and administration; RAC experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server migration, data migration, Azure batch scheduling, Azure integrations, SOAP, and REST web services.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, basic networking terminology, and Control-M or other CLM/BL tools.
  • Knowledge of Windows or Unix commands, troubleshooting, and defect-management tools is preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organization, technical documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, prioritize tasks, lead projects, and modify systems with minimal service interruption.
